Ethan Felder is a Senior Associate Attorney at Consumer Attorneys PLLC, representing consumers and vindicating their rights. Before focusing on consumer-rights advocacy, he spent nearly a decade representing workers across the full spectrum of litigation - trying cases in court, handling administrative proceedings, arbitrations, departmental hearings, and briefing appellate matters. That broad, front-line experience gives him a practical, results-oriented perspective on every case he takes.

Ethan earned a B.A. from Cornell University and a J.D./M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.

He has a wealth of proven legal experience in the US in: collective claims, representing visually impaired people who believe their rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act have been violated in both the physical and digital environments, corporate governance and dispute resolution.
